GOOD DEAL! Great place! Great price! Great experience! Bought nice Jeep Grand Cherokee. Edward was very helpful and the best part was there was no pressure. I will certainly recommend it to anyone.
Highly recommend I showed up on Friday morning and Edward was there to assist us. He answered all our questions. He was respectful, professional, and just the right amount of genuinely friendly throughout. I appreciate that very much. We got a great deal on a 2004 Ford Focus for my son. Highly recommend. Satisfied I bought a 2003 ford F150 from United Motors. I have been searching for a truck like this for a while. They gave me a great deal for a nice solid truck. There was no pressure to buy. I will definitely be going back there to purchase another vehicle for my 16 year old that is getting ready to drive. Would recommend them to my friends.
Dishonest business A few months ago after purchasing a car from United Motors directly from the owner Edward, I find out the car had the transmission failing. I went back and spoke to Edward and he admitted he already knew about the problem. Even though he was a ware of the failing car, he still sold me for the full price. I checked some other car on his lots, and most of them had being in accidents, but the owner does not disclose and wants to sale them for the regular price. got car from United Motors at comparable price Bought a car from United Motors which was a good deal and was comparable to KBB price for private party. This matters because generally the dealer prices are higher by 15 to 20 % than the private party price. Overall the deal with the United Motors personal Adward was smooth and got answered for all the queries. However, just as is with the car purchase follow standard steps like getting it checked by mechanic.
My experience I read some of the reviews on here and wanted to share my experience with this dealership. I called several times asking about a car that I noticed on one of the ads and the salesperson was nothing but very helpful and curtious answering my questions (I was very nervious about buying a used car so I had a lot of questions to ask) When I came to do a test drive the salesperson again answered questions with curtesy not once did I feel pressured to buy. Slimy These guys are slimy and rude. I test drove (5 minutes or less) a car to see if it was comfortable and fitted my family! On my return I told them it was too small, no problems at this point. Returning to my car I noticed the window was open in the car that I drove. When I returned to tell them (I didn't want the car to get wet inside) that the window was open, I heard the sales person swearing (f'ning this and that) to the "mechanic" and complaining that I took the car out just for fun.
