Have tried repeatedly to get hold of ANYONE at this company to verify if they manage the property next door. There is a very large tree that badly needs maintenance. By the lousy ratings this do nothing property management company gets, I can see why no one has responded. Didn't want to bother the tenants, but it looks like getting hold of the owner's information is the way to proceed. They will probably appreciate photos of how their property is being maintained. Definitely wouldn't use this company to manage my properties.

Absolutely the worst rental-property management I’ve ever experienced. They blame everything on you as a tenant that was not anything I’ve done. They do not care or fix anything when in need of repair either. I’d rate them a negative five stars if I could. I repaired more items in the home they managed and lived. They increased my rent $100 each year. No doubt they will keep my security deposit. At one point I had no AC, electricity another time was out for almost a week in half the home, and one other time I had no barhroom... read more

I have used United metro for over 17 years, there service has been exceptional. They managed both properties, and when time helped me with the sale of property…Justin step in and made it a seamless process. Thanks again 5star!

Horrible company to rent through! They add on too many fees! Increases RENT every year! Will send contractors to your home unannounced, when they finally get to fixing things.Been with them for 4 years. Last year renting through them!! Will suprise you with paying more for rent deposit, to match your forever increasing rent! Rude people, look at their comments.
