The oil burner repair guy was there to replace a filter. When asked about the tank, which had a small stain in the cement beneath it. He said the oli tank had a leak and would need to be replaced ASAP. For $400. they could bring a temporary tank to safely keep the oil till they could bring a replacement. I told him no, just get me an estimate. He slapped a big red sticker on the receipt he left with my 91 year old mother (who almost just ok'd the replacement tank) that said "oil tank condemned" and started talking about the ... read more
they set up a service call ( for a tune up) and didn't show up or called cancelling. I lost one day of work and when I called them ..they were very rude on the phone .
I am on an automatic delivery plan. They haven’t delivered fuel in almost a month and now my furnace has shutdown. Today is Saturday and they said they can’t deliver till Monday. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years, their web site says they are open 24/7 never had to wait 2 days for delivery.
They always short people gallons gasoline or diesel always short
