I have such a great experience here working with Rachel! It’s hard to find a medical professional who understands the complexities chronic conditions like PCOS, which can cause insulin resistance, inflammation and weight gain. She has worked with me these last few months to come up with a very low dose plan that works for me. I’ve seen great results, haven’t gained any weight back and feel the best I have in years.
