Recently brought my wife for high fever to hospital on Tidwell. Staff was rude, disliked I was a cash pay customer. MADE ME WAIT IN THE CAR IN THE COLD INSTEAD OF THE WAITING AREA WITH NO ONE IN IT. THAT IS ABSURED. I will never return here again. I can spend thousands elsewhere for treatment. They treated us for Covid a few months back and the care was good. All the 5 star reviews were written by hospital employees (probably at the risk of losing their jobs if they didn't comply)

Worst hospitals ever, no matter what the location. They don't even answer the phones or return calls. Staff is a bunch of pimpled face teenagers who have little or no training and absolutely no experience. Never get in a hurry for anything, the most laziest bunch of over-paid employees I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Emergency Room staff are idiots. Went in with blood pressure 197/110 and waited for almost an hour to see the doctor who was just sitting at the desk. Wanted to give me a medication I was allergic to, d... read more

I did Covid-19 testing on March 30, 2020 after waiting 8 hours in line. I was told results will be ready in 72 hours. This is April 8th, no one has contacted me. I called 3 times the last time on 4/6, no one has contacted me yet. Don't go to this place for testing.
