I am a patient of this group and I am not a happy person because of their office “policy”. At my first visit I was impressed but that feeling did not last. I am unhappy with my Doctor in this office….she is not interested in what I say and her opinion is the only solution that matters. I feel that I can not talk to her freely and get my point across! Been here over a week, horrible kidney pain, asked for Tylenol over 2 hours ago, still waiting for it. RIDICULOUS is all I can say! Never again!

I went to this hospital at their partners internal medicine. It cost me all my health care needs. The doctors lies and God complex lies in my file will never go away. Thanks unity partners and Dr Richard Lawrence Ais.

Very bad experience with Dr. Briani Jackson. I have a life threatening illness and in my opinion she treated me very poorly. She basically told me that she was too busy to see me again even though I only wanted a follow up appointment in about 2 months. She is so busy and BOOKED. "It is what is is" I was told. Very uncaring, unprofessional and rushed. Her reception staff is even worse. Very cold and unhelpful in my opinion. Sad to say but they appear uncooperative and even hostile. Dr. Smith Burke took care of all three my Children, they are almost 30 now, those was was wonderful years at this practice,she is very caring and now my first grandchild get to met her today, i know she will take good care of her!

Total disregard for warnings. They can't draw blood, nurses that retaliate if you complain and say it is aggressive behavior. The doctors show up 30 min late, Had to remind them about labs and sticking to a treatment plan. Idiots all the way

Brought my wife in for difficulty breathing and here we sit 10 hours later, still not taken back into a room. This place is not recommended if you have a real emergency!!!

I was seeing Dr Suman Biswas MD under the temp. supperviser Dr Larwance at unity partners. After a fales positive drug test, lab tried to tell the Dr's this was some over the counter drug or something other that made this fales pos. I retested to neg. I was still told by Biswas I would never get any meds or help for the rest of my life. I have been out of meds for months and can not get any help because of Unity Faculty Partners. Nothing I can do but try to warn others anyplace I can do a review.

You guys don’t Even care about your patients in the er. The hospital staff don’t care care about there patients what so ever. The hospital sucks they make you sit in a bed out in the hall way and they say nothing what so ever!!! They misdiagnosed people!!! I went in to the hospital for chest pain and they did nothing at all for me except blood work and did nothing else!!! I don’t even know why I went to Batavia hospital because they suck.
