Polite staff, my wait time was pretty short, they require masks but do hace them available if you happen to forget yours!
This showed up online as the “closest urgent care near me”. Believing it was, I made a call regarding my 5 year old and his sickness. The lady who answered then replied in the most rude, ignorant way by saying.. “We are not an urgent care. We do not take or see children. You should probably get your child their own doctor. I brought my sister in law to united memorial to have her monthly baby check up. My sister in law walked in the room before me as I helped my son. I sat down with him and asked her where the sippy cup was and the older nurse with white hair; kinda short, spoke up and said "oh I set it aside in another room." I said I can't have it in here in my bag and she says "no, I have signs out the the waiting room that says no food or drinks."
