I have always had problems with this office. They've held several of my prescriptions for so long that I run out of supplies. Apparently you can't get care, even after you've spent over 6 hours fighting with them on the phone. If you value your life or if you need lifesaving medication, stay away. Despite your best efforts, they will lie to you about the doctor signing your scripts, the fact that they faxed it, and they don't care if you run out of life saving medication.
