They were awesome. They answered all my questions and concerns and got me set up on no time
Local office personnel are great. However, the company that handles their billing (Lincare) is absolutely terrible. I have called two different times for billing questions, and was on hold for over an hour each time.
The main problem is that no one can just answer a question without being on hold for who knows how long. Why can't we leave a message for you to call us back..I've tried 3 times and still no answer. My last name is not McCutcheon, it is Cooper. I was married on June 20, 2015...
My doctors had sent papers to their office for a wheelchair and then they told me they never received the papers a month pass by and then my doctor sent more paperwork to them they said again they never received them then one day I called them and they said they did receive them the first time and they would send out the wheelchair on a Thursday and then Thursday came and went and no wheelchair so I called them again they said they had to order the wheelchair then my insurance called them they said they would send it out on ... read more
