I had a great experience. Christina was very helpful and polite and answered questions about the paperwork to be filled out. The paperwork took about 10 - 15 min. No problem. You can also do it online I found out for future ref. Waited for about 20 min and watched tv. Then had my x-rays and that took about five minutes. Andre was professional and friendly and that went quick and easy. All in all, I was in and out in less than 45 min. That was great for a walk in service with no appointment. I love this imaging center. It's close to home and the techs are professional, fast, accurate, abd friendly. Appointments are easy to get. Front desk staff is very busy, but always gets you checked in fast and get your disks fast (if you need one). I would go here for everything, but a couple of my doctors like WAVE Imaging.

Ms. Maria remained pleasant and polite as she multi-tasked although the Lobby was full with appointments. It's also very clean and it smells good.

This place in not organized. Came in for my mom's appointment on July 30 that was made by them. When arriving to find out the appointment was never made 😔 mom's 80 so it's hard for her to get ready or move. Now we came for a new appointment they made Aug 3 to find out the machine is down 😡 when they could of call all patients letting them know before they come in. They need to be more on that
