Never had a good experience in this branch. Today, 06/11/26, after fasting overnight and arriving more than 30 minutes early, I came for a confirmed appointment for esophogram-flouroscopy x-ray ordered by my ENT doctor but was turned away because I didn't have a written doctor's order with me although the Downey as well as the Bellflower branches had previously confirmed that the doctor's order made electronically is already in UMI's system. The man technician was very respectful and polite, everyone seemed to have a good attitude.
Worst experience don’t come here the front desk people are soooo rude they don’t help you at all horrible services the ladies there are rude I felt like I didn’t get the help I needed just sitting there on the back laughing sooo unprofessional
Thank you!! For fitting me in for an appointment after a different imaging provider cancelled on me two days before the date. The staff were very kind and reassuring. I was a little nervous as the exam I went in for can get quite painful for some people. Thankfully it wasn’t bad for me. The process was explained very clearly to me, and the super nice staff really helped. Was seen within 15mins of my appointment time (this was a Friday mid morning).
??Almost every time I call, the receptionists are downright rude and so condescending. They also make unnecessary comments that are unprofessional. Please train them they need better customer service. Part of customer service is to be patient and empathetic, not assume you know what the person is thinking or going to say. Do better
