It is impossible to reach anyone by phone to get results, schedule, appointments, ask questions, etc. I have tried 6 times over the past two days and keep getting sent to voicemail to leave a message, but no one returns the calls. The voice message refers me to the website, but it's hard to navigate and does not give options to get results or schedule. You can request an appointment, but they have to get back to you to confirm. No one ever calls back so don't know if the appointment is scheduled or not and can't reach anyone... read more

This place is horrible. I arrived at 10:45 for a walk in xray for my minor son and the lady a the front desk said we don't take xrays until 12:30, come back at 12:15 and here is the form to fill out. We waited in the car and came in at 12:14 and she said there is an hour wait, there are 5 people ahead of you. An hour + waiting and there is still 2 patients ahead of us. Just unbelievably horrible poor customer service. If she didn't send me away, I would have been seen sooner. Not sure why someone would do this.

The imaging place is awful, I had my appointment at 7:am I was asked to come 30 minutes before my appointment and they opened the door at 7am plus they always scheduled a lot of people and the waiting is long if you can find another place please do so. Please don’t come here if you have another option.

I had a Mammogram here 3 weeks ago and my Dr and I are still waiting for them to send the results report. When I called their office to see what the delay was I was told, "well you came when our radiologist was on Vacation so we outsourced your case to a 3rd Party." They could not give me an estimated completion time either and they have no urgency in making sure this is completed in a timely manner even though I was told the standard time is 3-5 business days. I definitely don’t think it’s a bad place, pretty good attitudes from the front desk , my MRI technician was a sweetheart she was very helpful. She noticed I was nervous and kept me updated before I knew it the 2 hour test was over.
