Fast a efficient service, with respectable personnel. Mammogram/ultrasound technicians were so careful, took their time and had such good positive attitude that made my visit so comfortable. Keep up the amazing positive energy you share with all of us not feeling well, it helped me appreciate my life even more ! Thank you
They accept with a great delay. When there are no people at the reception, they will never accept you earlier. I am not delighted.
Heads up, they don't validate so you have to pay for parking. Parking is extremely limited. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Loud gossipers and shit talkers on patients. Not the greatest experience. On the bright side, I was in and out so I didn't have to spend a whole lot of time there. But not sure if that's from efficiency or lack of care for their patients.
I’ve been going to UMI South Long Beach for 2 years now for various scans, an ultrasound and even a needle biopsy. I have never had a single bad experience with anyone up front at reception or any of the techs in back. Everyone has been kind, and professional to me. I was there this week for two procedures and everything went wonderful. Laura the mammogram tech is awesome, she’s so nice. Thank you!
