Terrible security service; they don't allow parking or even standing in the hallway while I wait for my medical appointment. This is the only place where this happens.

They should take down their google listing if they will not answer their phone or respond via their contact form. I have been trying to schedule an urgent MRI for weeks and have called over 50 times and stayed on the line for hours. Complete scam.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication here. My mom had a 10am CT scan appointment; we arrived at 9:15am (they requested we arrive by 930am) lobby already packed. 10am came and went with no updates. At 10:26am I asked the receptionist about the delay. She said the doctor hadn’t arrived with no ETA, then called me back seconds later to say he was “just pulling in.” When I asked how many patients were ahead of us, she said she didn’t know and would check. Make literally 50 people an appointment for the exact same time and then you have to wait while they go through everyone who showed up at the same time. Why? Just to make people wait around? What’s the point of having an appointment if it is just an appointment to wait in a line. So easily avoidable by just scheduling appointments. It’s so unprofessional.

Ladies at the front desk very friendly and professional. I took someone in for an appointment scheduled for 11am. He wasn't called until 11:46. The CT tech additude didn't want to answer any questions. I asked how long will he be additude 30 minutes!! The ct tech asked the man I took for his appointment what's your date of birth? No reason why . He was there 2 hours before being called in
