I had a very disappointing experience at UMI Inglewood. I was scheduled for a CT scan and was instructed to drink the barium contrast beforehand. The drink itself was extremely unpleasant — I almost vomited trying to get it down — but I followed all instructions to be ready for my appointment. I had already paid my copay when I arrived. No parking site on premises for Handicap they told me I had to park at city hall and walk back I could not do that I have a spinal condition that the reason for mri I parked in the handicap and when I came out there were several police cruisers waiting for me because the onsite security called police if you can’t walk at least 3 blocks don’t go Took almost a month to get appointment called every day and got a recording telling me to leave info and I would get a call back that never came just lucked up a they picked up after ... read more

No one answers on medical records, scheduling or operator, I left a voice mail, no one called me back. I have to drove there just to make an appointment because NO ONE ANWERS THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!!

Horrible service..no one ever answers the phone...plus they never call you back. It's a shame I have to walk in to make appointment

I don’t know which doctor Wrote the report he or she unprofessional Very very low quality doctor Please call someone another place. If you find any good one this one is just wasting time.
