Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication here. My mom had a 10am CT scan appointment; we arrived at 9:15am (they requested we arrive by 930am) lobby already packed. 10am came and went with no updates. At 10:26am I asked the receptionist about the delay. She said the doctor hadn’t arrived with no ETA, then called me back seconds later to say he was “just pulling in.” When I asked how many patients were ahead of us, she said she didn’t know and would check. Make literally 50 people an appointment for the exact same time and then you have to wait while they go through everyone who showed up at the same time. Why? Just to make people wait around? What’s the point of having an appointment if it is just an appointment to wait in a line. So easily avoidable by just scheduling appointments. It’s so unprofessional.
Ladies at the front desk very friendly and professional. I took someone in for an appointment scheduled for 11am. He wasn't called until 11:46. The CT tech additude didn't want to answer any questions. I asked how long will he be additude 30 minutes!! The ct tech asked the man I took for his appointment what's your date of birth? No reason why . He was there 2 hours before being called in
My ultrasound was done by a very nasty attitude woman. It was 2 of them 1 was nice professional and the other was not. My mammogram last year was bad. The woman actually touched my face and turn my head. Instead telling to turn my head. I have been getting mammograms since the 90's and never had someone touch my face. I also had a bone density there last year and the woman grabbed my legs and move them instead of telling qhatvshecwanted me to do. I will NEVER go back to the Inglewood location again.
Extremely unprofessional from the parking attendant to the office staff. This location is the worst I dont even know why they keep it open. The staff needs to be properly trained cause they are lazy and clueless. Don't waste your time going to this location
