Came to this location for the open MRI since I’m very claustrophobic and Yen was amazing . She made sure I was comfortable I was fine and updated me and walked me thru the whole process now I don’t need to worry about getting this done because I had such an amazing experience here and will most definitely be coming back if I need a scan done . Can’t believe I pushed off getting an mri for 2 yrs , this place was the best . Thank you Yen!
This is the only place my insurance approves of for imaging, they never answer the phone. I witnessed sitting in the waiting room and the phones are always ringing with not a care in the world. I had to call and hang up 6x in a row so someone can answer and everytime u ask why don't they answer the phone they simply say they do. The most infuriating is that people are suffering people don't come to get imaging or ultra sounds etc for fun we patients don't want to come in as much as these "employees" don't wanna work. Great service, I did my MRI here, Sebastian was my tech and he was professional and friendly, he walked me through the process and helped me to keep calm through exam. Thank you Sebastian. The staff were also helpful, I see alot of negative reviews but try coming with a positive attitude to the staff, they are there to help, and its much faster filling out paper work befor going into the office it makes the process quicker. This was my best experience having an MRI at this place.
Got a referral here. Have been trying to get an appointment for weeks. I’ve called and they don’t answer the phone. When I’ve called and answer machine answers I leave message in details and to call back for an appointment. Never get call back. Finally had time before work to go personally. The woman was on computer so I waited quietly. There was another man next to her talking to someone and waited for either one to acknowledge me.
