Have had multiple MRI’s from Downtown LA to Downey but they do not come close or near to how great the experience was here. I was explained from beginning to end by a young man named Sabastian who was very patient and enjoyable to meet. Will only be coming here from now on.Great work!
Horrible attitude on the phone . Extemly rude
Came to this location for the open MRI since I’m very claustrophobic and Yen was amazing . She made sure I was comfortable I was fine and updated me and walked me thru the whole process now I don’t need to worry about getting this done because I had such an amazing experience here and will most definitely be coming back if I need a scan done . Can’t believe I pushed off getting an mri for 2 yrs , this place was the best . Thank you Yen!
