Came here in the morning for me and my oldest and it was fine just noticed the front desk lady had kind of an attitude, so just ignored that. Then brought my younger boy a few hours later and had been called to come in and then told him to wait, everyone else that came after was brought in. When asking the lady in front desk she answered with an attitude, very rude like if I was asking stupid stuff. It's very unfortunate to receive this type of attitude as in our situation we are in pain waiting to get our test done.

Estela was so professional and helpful with scheduling me an appointment. I was having some issues with my order . She walked me through the process of what I needed to do with my primary care doctor. She was very patient with me so glad she was able to help me:)
Staff in this place look sad and under pressure and this snowballs down to the patients. The lady Benice and X-ray Tech Gerald were very helpful. They have the equipment but need more something. I was there for a very long time before being cleared to have an x-ray. Conversations between my PCP , Medicare and them went back and fourth before I finally got the x-ray after 3PM since Before lunch when I first got there. Unacceptable!
