They have no customer service manners whatsoever.
I brought my mother here today after the G.G. location refused to honor her STAT orders for X-rays. This location in Anaheim saw my mother quickly. X-ray techs Gabriel and Josh were excellent! My mother was in pain and they were very careful while doing her X-rays. I was there to help my mother as well. Both Gabriel and Josh couldn't believe the G.G. location would turn us away. Came here in the morning for me and my oldest and it was fine just noticed the front desk lady had kind of an attitude, so just ignored that. Then brought my younger boy a few hours later and had been called to come in and then told him to wait, everyone else that came after was brought in. When asking the lady in front desk she answered with an attitude, very rude like if I was asking stupid stuff. It's very unfortunate to receive this type of attitude as in our situation we are in pain waiting to get our test done.
