From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and important. The Black American Lady (sorry I didn't get her name) at the reception desk was very professional and pleasant. My xray tech Gabriel was phenomenal. He explained what he was doing and I understood what he needed from me. He didn't rush and his conversation was pleasant. With customer service and professionalism going down the drain in the medical industry, it was a pleasure to be served by these two. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
Very helpful staff, phone service tried to find my referral made it easy for me.
Tech Gabriel was so wonderful with my daughter who needed x rays for a triple break in her leg. Two weeks out of surgery and just having her 84 staples removed, she was in horrendous pain but he worked with her to get the job done and help get her back in the car. Thank you Gabriel!!!
