Estela was so professional and helpful with scheduling me an appointment. I was having some issues with my order . She walked me through the process of what I needed to do with my primary care doctor. She was very patient with me so glad she was able to help me:)
Staff in this place look sad and under pressure and this snowballs down to the patients. The lady Benice and X-ray Tech Gerald were very helpful. They have the equipment but need more something. I was there for a very long time before being cleared to have an x-ray. Conversations between my PCP , Medicare and them went back and fourth before I finally got the x-ray after 3PM since Before lunch when I first got there. Unacceptable!
Great experience!!! Super professional!! Friendly staff. Came in to get some X-rays done because of a car accident and was helped by Gabriel the X-ray tech we helped me every step of the way went above and beyond to make as most comfortable as possible.
Poor customer service. Uneducated repectionist. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Stay away from this place!
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and important. The Black American Lady (sorry I didn't get her name) at the reception desk was very professional and pleasant. My xray tech Gabriel was phenomenal. He explained what he was doing and I understood what he needed from me. He didn't rush and his conversation was pleasant. With customer service and professionalism going down the drain in the medical industry, it was a pleasure to be served by these two. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
