The doctors here are great and I would give them 5 stars, but the office administrators and organization of this office as a whole need a lot of work. The last thing people need is confusion, inaccurate information, not being able to get someone on the phone, lab orders not being sent properly and missing information on top of dealing with health issues. I was able to get help from the Encinitas office - might have better luck there.
How grateful I am to have discovered Dr. Madani and her caring team at United Gastroenterologists. Dr. Madani is an excellent doctor and makes the time to answer questions with kindness. Her staff shows the same values of thoughtfulness.
