The customer service and communication at this office are extremely disappointing. The staff responsible for scheduling appointments and assisting patients were unhelpful, disorganized, and seemed unable to provide clear answers or proper assistance. What was even more frustrating is that Dr. Aaron Bloch did not respond to my questions or requests for assistance.
