I have been going to United Medical Doctors in Corona for several years. The service from the front office staff, the nurses, and my doctor have been has been amazing. My doctor and his Nurse make feel that they care about my health. My Doctor takes time going over my results and make sure I understand results. Additionally, we have a conversation on has been going on with and him. Love going for my visits.
Go here if you want to be treated as an inconvenience! Came here as a new patient for my 10:40am appointment, signed in at 10:37am, no greeting or acknowledgment. Three ladies were in the front. One of them said you have so and so on line 2 and the other one was like “ugh what does she want”. That told me enough about this place. I don’t want to go to a doctor’s office that has such disdain for patients. I only went here cos my rheumatologist doesn’t take insurance but I would happily pay the $700 not to deal with this rude ... read more
Worst office staff ever known to man. I can’t believe this place actually exists. It is unreal
FYI, my visit to United was at their Corona address, not Temecula and as always their staff manages themselves professionally.
Love Dr Shabaz, always spends the time with me, and answers all my questions. They got me in very quickly, a great Gastroenterologist! The staff is amazing as well! Thank you all!
