I like Aston Medical. They don't over book and Dr. Leemu Kerkula is very thorough and takes time to listen to your issues. She also is very thorough when she explains your options. I lost almost 40lbs by listening to her and her recommendations.
I would recommend this practice to my friends. People is friendly and respectful. Doctors always pay attention to what I want to say. Front desk is staff knowledgeable, always ready to help. Any time I need my referral done it is done with a timely matter. Thank to front desk staff my day is always gets better. Thank you for your hard work.
THEIR PHONES ARE ALWAYS BUSY! I can't get through for nothing! IM LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTORS OFFICE FOR MY FAMILY AND ME!!!! Just terrible
This place is a dump. Lily at the front desk is horrible. Very condescending and doesn't even know what she's talking about. My blood pressure is always up at my appointments after dealing with her. One time it was they don't take my insurance (they do). Another time it was I don't have a copay (I do have a copay and got a bill in the mail for it because she insisted I don't have one). The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I actually like the doctors Kerkula and Valencia. The front desk staff is awful and completely unprofessional. But the absolute worst is the Aston office ALWAYS HAS A BUSY SIGNAL. 3 DAYS IN A ROW once. Girl at frint desk said they are simply busy. I call that an excuse. They are NOT busy. Everytime I walk into the building I feel like I'm walking into crack house. Might be time to switch. I've made lil notes and put them in their comment box. Did no good.
