When looking for a PCP through the insurance website says accepting new patients but when you call his locations the receptionist say he's not accepting new patients and assign you a different doctor or they make you a appointment with him and then cancel you a day head saying he's not accepting patients anymore Dr. Borrego is a good doctor but his staff at every location is rude and not on top of there job in other words suck and he's not seeing patients anymore just be honest and say look for another PCP than giving people... read more
Our experience here was very distasteful and honestly quite appalling. Kara Sprinkle has a bad attitude and is not good at communicating at all. You would think 8 years of medical school would teach you to have patience and compassion for others who are obviously not feeling good but not for Ms. Sprinkle. Do better or find another profession.
I would usually go to the Forney location, but due to the urgency and recommendation from my OBGYN, I had to get an appointment scheduled ASAP so accepted this location. Front staff was great, but NP Kara Sprinkle was terrible. After explaining my situation, it appeared to be going in one ear and out the other, concluded by “why did you come? what are you trying to get out of this?” Being pregnant, my concern is my CURRENT OVERALL wellbeing to reduce stress on the baby and she clearly did not understand that.
