I have been going to Dr Borrego since 2003 for myself and my children and now my grandchildren, and I must say that of late the staff leaves a lot to be desired. I could present a laundry list of instances of being treated as though I was bothering them on their job. But I will only say that today was the kicker for me. I just took my last blood pressure pill this morning and so I went to the pharmacy app to see when I could pick up my prescription only to see that it is set to fill in 5 days. I have been going Dr. Borrego for about 8 years. Dr. Borrego and most of his PAs have been great. Except over time I feel this clinic has begun to slide downward. Office staff professionalism has fluctuated over time between polite and helpful to rude and sometimes incompetent. Over the last few years I have now been made to make appointments for appointments. I would have to make and pay for an appointment to get bloodwork ordered, then make and pay for an appointment to get the bloodwork reviewed. But at that appointment w... read more

Nomás quisiera comentar que la gente que labora en ese lugar es muy profesional el N.P. Ángel Pagan atento a tus necesidades. Al igual que las recepcionistas. Creo que hice muy buena decisión. Al tomar la recomendación e ir a esa clínica, les agradezco su valioso tiempo. Gracias
