I had a great experience here. I was nervous about going to the doctor but I am glad I came here. Everyone was friendly, Doctor was very knowledgeable and the waiting wasn't even long. I would definitely come here again.
The Medical Assistance and office staff are horrible. It took several phone calls to get a refill prescription on an SSRI refill that has withdrawal effects, and when they finally got it right they had a written script instead of calling it in to the pharmacy as I requested. I live 20 miles away. I had a bad reaction and thus gave the staff negative feedback. They didn't like this feedback and summarily discharged me. With the exception of the waiting time my first visit to United Medical Center was just fine, every time after that has been horrible. All I needed were my lab results, just picking up some paper should be easy one would think. Five times, yes FIVE times, I went to pick up my results but every time something was going on where I could not get them... Provider not there, desk worker could not look me up in their system, they were to busy. All I needed were results that I had paid hard earned money for and I can never get them... read more
