The lymphedema clinic placed an order for me in December and I am still waiting on the order to be placed. They cancelled my order because Medicare rules changed January 1st - but MY insurance did NOT change coverage. Both the clinic and my doctor have REPEATEDLY sent the requested documentation. I am highly displeased.
