The lady I spoke with was both very professional and very nice. She was also brilliant. She quickly understood the problem and asked pertinent questions. The technician arrived at the time promised and was able to resolve our problem quickly. He was able to explain how I, the homeowner, would be able to take care of this issue myself if it were to occur again.
