91 degrees in this apt now at 3:46pm, A.C. went out last evenning around 6pm, called UM ii numerous times, next morning, maintenance man came at 12:10pm, left at 12:20pm, it is now 3:50pm haven't heard from him. Just a recording from U.M ii that they are aware, and problem is being worked on.
United Management where do I start. Slumlords! Unprofessional people who don’t care about nothing. They don’t fix nothing the outside of the buildings look horrible paint gone off the stairs no pressure wash spider webs everywhere trash everywhere. The on-site office ran by ghost nobody ever there and when they are the phone goes to voicemail and the office door be locked. The state need to investigate them asap!
