Does not care about the residents at all, I have small children here. Toilets been stopped up since the beginning of January, multiple work orders put in maintenance comes in with a snake and it does the same thing once they leave.

Moving to Fayetteville unfortunately I came across these people Let's just st say I should have kept looking. I have rented from them now for seven years Only because it's close to my place of employment.These are some of the most laziest, unorganized.lying people I have ever met.I still have the same maintenance issues I've had 6 years ago .They send long tall Sally in your house with a clip board and her crew of five.To do an inspection.She writes down the same stuff every sux months but no repairs are done.I guess they ar... read more

If I could select zero stars I would. CRYSTAL is very unprofessional and not a good fit for that position. She does not exemplify or uphold united management mission statement.She literally had to ask the supervisor every question I asked her, although she’s over the department. I could not speak to the “supervisor” directly about my issues. Maybe she doing the supervisors job too & thats why she’s not knowledgeable in her position.
