Worst Ever Management/Lies Cheater I have lived and rented at 110 Lenox Road (fFlatbush Brooklyn) for 4 years and was trying to be re-assign to another bigger unit at that location. Greedy, apathetic pigs Absolute worst management company I've ever dealt with in ten years living in NYC. They put you through the ringer just to sign a lease, then when you need something they ignore your calls or yell and intimidate you on the phone until you give up trying. Their landlords are useless, patronizing fools who'd rather yell at you than do their job. very unhappy tenants We have had a terrible time in the 9 months at our apartment with this company. Our building is infested with bed bugs, roaches and ants. No one seems to care, everyone we have dealt with from the top down is arrogant and unprofessional, cannot wait to move

57 ave O, bklyn ny Do not rent from this corp. just terrible, lead paint, mold growth chipping paint water leaks, no hot water...the list can keep on going & i had to call HPD (311) over 10 times cause management ignores the tenants. None of my issues were ever resolved. only one super for over 50 apartments. worse than horrible its appalling. it doesnt even deserve 1 star.

United Management - coop apartments in Brooklyn 2 West End ave in Brooklyn is managed by United Management. There is an on-site super. The super is completely incompetent, rude and lazy. The place is infested with roaches of all sizes and mice. In addition, the hot water and heating goes on and off. They claim it's a boiler problem, but in fact are trying to cut down the operational costs and just turning it off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING. It doesn't help calling the management office.
