Great Staff great help
Since my last visit, about a year ago, the staff have become noticeably less helpful and friendly. 2 questions, 2 staff: "Where can I find ___ ?" "Over there." And a vague arm pointing. No point going here anymore. I'd rather drive a bit further and go to Robinson Home Hardware or Canadian Tire.
Very bad customer service i with over 1/2 hour pick my material
I came to this Home Hardware store looking for something specific and the experience was very disappointing. The staff were extremely slow and unhelpful. I stood right in front of them for about 5 minutes waiting for assistance, and they completely ignored me the whole time. No greeting, no offer to help, nothing. Terrible customer service — I left without getting what I needed.
