Poor customer service.
I was going to give a new review...then stopped short at the "Raging Russell Rogan"!!...UFC "Knuckle Dragger Chest Pounding Knock Out!!" in defense of Police and Doctors?!..."Wow"!!...Have you experienced either of these career types in a few years mr. Rogan?? At any rate...good store! 🤷♂️...but his remark forced me down to a 2...sorry!
Nice, old school/retro hardware store vibe.
I have been going to this store for years and staff have always been exceptional- besides today where I believe it was an employee Tracey shooting her mouth about how unintelligent Doctors and Lawyers and Police are as they only have one focus. She went to “educate” another person in the store about why not go to the hospital for a cut and to just use crazy glue … saves you hours in emergency and you can skip the Tetanus shot.
