I am beyond upset with my Credit Union. I have been a member for 25 yrs. I lost my credit card after hours and was a nightmare getting through to put a stop on it. I had to wait until they opened today to speak with a live person who was so short with me should not be answering the phones. I called back to complain about the sevice spoke with a "supervisor" she was not helpful in the least.. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint on line that's how mad I am
I love this bank. Absolutely reccommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a bank to bank with. They are very helpful & friendly. The only thing that I would advice is to build more locations here in fresno. There are only two branches that are pretty distant from my work & home location. Although, I dont mind the communte.
