Horrible business practices and even worse customer service. Been with this bank for 15 years so I do know. If you value your hard earned dollar go to another bank
This bank sucks customer service is horrible , they don't care about the customers especially the lady at the front desk at the Ashland branch. They do nothing to help you out . My daughter only 17 wanted to bank with them we went in and lady was just so rude didn't help us with anything she barely even spoke to us horrible horrible horrible
I have been with this bank for 30 years. They made things very easy...Until now. You are just a number. They don't care like they used to and do nothing to help you out. My signature used to mean something but not in these tough times. I am not happy with this bank anymore
