I am Chair of our Owners Corporation and we have been dealing with United Lifts for many years now. While the service experience has been somewhat variable, over the last two years the improvement has been dramatic. Thanks goes to Andrew, who does a magnificent job! Like another reviewer, I dropped my keys down the gap and Andrew dropped by the next day, as he was working nearby, and recovered by keys. Stuck in a lift and their emergency button rings out consistently. Stuck in here on a 33 degree day. Was lucky that I had a phone on me and reception. Do better.
We recently had a lift upgraded in our building, I definitely wouldn’t be giving a five star review to the construction department of this company. But ever since service took over it has been exceptional, Their communication is second to none. The area manager of the South Dwain has Been A breath of fresh air. And resolved all our problems. Given us faith and confidence in this company again.
United Lifted AUS are very reliable and empathetic, my keys fell into the Lift threshold, and I called them and explained how much in my possess at the time, to my greatest surprise, they turned up and got my keys in a very short notice
