Dishonest! Quoted me $35/mow. I asked Caesar if we could make it $40/mow and that would cover maintenance for weeding. He agreed. Apparently his brother took over and weeding was never done. I told them it must be completed by a specific date to get full payment. It was not done so I only paid them for the original quote. Now the brother wants the extra money because he just came over and weeded ... two weeks after the deadline!
They do not live up to the agreement that you sign. Be careful of what they say and what is written down on the contract. If you plan on using them, which I think is a mistake, make sure they spell everything out. Do not leave any room for interpretation as they will use it to their advantage.
