We bought on their most recent S2 property and I’m happy with the results as well as this builder, they have great knowledge and quality product. This builder does not pump out shoe box condos, I really enjoy the floor plan (2 bedroom 2 bath). Also great amenities spaces!
I bought a new condo built by this builder. I will take occupancy soon. I was told the maintenance fee is crazy high. Don't know why. When you buy a pre-construction property, try to avoid this builder.
