Maintenance is SLOW to fix things. Neighbors are quiet but trains and overhead traffic is loud. but I love living here. I feel safe and I like the privacy. Nowhere is perfect. There are some trade-offs for peace
The reason that the security gates stay open during downtown events is management allows friends to park and sells parking space for these events
Great lofts. Hard to find anything unique in the Shreveport area! Friendly management and maintenance. Good location. Secure, gates actually stay closed and locked. I wrote the above review seven years ago with a 5 star rating. Things have changed. Full review to follow soon.
From what I can tell, Brianna does a great job now that the previous manager is gone.
I lived in both United Jewelers and Lee Hardware Apartments when they were newly built, and I initially had high expectations. Unfortunately, several significant issues emerged almost immediately. The parking security gate was often left open, allowing unauthorized vehicles to park, particularly during events. The elevator frequently malfunctioned, and we constantly had to deal with strangers wandering the property, along with non-residents occupying our parking lot due to the broken security gate.
