EDIT: I should preface this review by stating that the frustrations expressed herein are derived from and directed towards the upper management "big wigs" of HRI Properties (whose headquarters is located far away in new orleans), and who solely possess the authority to correct the problems outlined below. Recurring elevator outages for extended periods of time. I've lived in one of the apartment buildings for over five years, and the elevator craps out several times per year. It's been out of service for over a month this go around. Furthermore, I was just informed that there will be no discount on next month's rent to compensate for the inconvenience and hardship that result from the elevator not working.
