by far the worst customer service Ive ever seen...what a horrifying experience it was. First, the office is a mess, no wonder they cant find your tickets when you ask them for it. absolutely unprofessional; specially Nawal, she speaks and swears about her customers in front of other customers. not to mention she got a complain from "The Better Business Bureau" and they totally deserve it.
