I have been a customer for a year and a half, they will be responsive and enthusiastic at first. But when you need to reach out for a new vehicle or policy renewals, they are no where to be found. I have left multiple voicemails and emails with zero response. When you can get ahold of them they will do the absolute bare minimum effort to correct their errors.
