don't buy insurance from this local company ! they would send you a refund check even though you paid the premium by credit card … if this company doesn't abandon its deceptive business practices, it will lose tons of customers & employees as a result.
I recently had an Auto claim and worked with Alisha as my adjuster. She was so fantastic with keeping me in the loop and working with me through every step. I was really overwhelmed and she helped me feel at peace with the process and was quick to resolve any issues and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Alisha was such a wonderful help, she made everything smooth and easy. I was so worried when someone hit my car that I didn't know what to do. I received the settlement quickly and was able to get into a new car. Very happy with the way things worked out.
