Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with an auto insurance company. I was assigned Alisha B. as my insurance adjuster, and she went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. We had some water damage. Chris Southerland came out to inspect. He was great to work with. Even found out my wife and he knew each other from years ago. He was great at communicating updates and helping us resolve our claim!! Would recommend them!
Brett Miner, Claims Representative, at United Insurance Group was amazing to work with. When my basement flooded, he came to my house immediately and was professional and kind. He stayed on top of everything, and checked in often, followed up on estimates, and made sure I understood what to expect. One of the biggest reliefs was that Brett carefully reviewed my policy and found that my insurance would cover most of the work that needed to be done, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
