I was rear-ended a month ago and the other driver uses this company. The communication we received at the beginning was horrible. We were told an adjuster would reach out to us within 2 business days, but it took us calling back ONE WEEK later to get any sort of update. The adjuster we worked with was a little short with his answers and responses and he was fairly rude. Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with an auto insurance company. I was assigned Alisha B. as my insurance adjuster, and she went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. One particular item she handled was coordinating my rental car. Unfortunately, and to no fault of Alisha’s, there were some issues arose, on car rental dealership’s end. We had some water damage. Chris Southerland came out to inspect. He was great to work with. Even found out my wife and he knew each other from years ago. He was great at communicating updates and helping us resolve our claim!! Would recommend them!
