They were the property managers for the house I rented in Beavercreek. Never had any issues whatsoever. You are in good hands if renting through them!
They bought the duplex I’ve lived in for 6 years (never missed a rent payment and I’ve never had any issues with the previous landlord) the other half is a man who has been here 16 years. We received letters on Monday that we are being kicked out and only have 30 days. This puts me and my family (husband and 13 year old son) out right between thanksgiving and Christmas. I have been dealing with United Realtors property management for a number of years. As a property owner I have always found them to be professional and responsive.
