I am so upset with this place. It use to be a great place to take my pets but they’ve lost their touch. I have been trying to get in contact with them for months to get my dogs records from them, and you can’t get ahold of anyone. Now it says they are temporarily closed online. I don’t know what to do. I’m so mad and frustrated that they would close down and not reach out to any of their clients letting them know so that we could get our pets information. This place used to be so good. I desperately Need my dogs records if you are closed! Phone just says mail box full. Pretty messed up they just up and close without telling anyone. Can’t even get a refill on Trifexis...

Took our feral cat to UH on 9/11 for blood work. UH failed to send the blood to the lab so it spoiled. UH contacted is the next day to tell us and promised a refund. The total to be refunded was $225, but we have never received a refund and UH will not respond to calls or emails. An expensive lesson and caused our cat additional stress as we had to take her to another vet for the blood work.
low cost, what a joke! if you believe they are low cost I have many bridges for sale. went there for a $45 exam of my dog's ears and it cost $70. the they sold me ear flush for $20, instead of $6.99 like it is at tractor supply. Then I couldn't make it there on Friday for the antibiotics for my dog's ears, went there Saturday as they said they were open, locked gate and no one there. went there Monday and they already sent my dog's antibiotics back! so I wasted $10 on gas for something that they should have had plus spent $9... read more
Have been taking my Cairn Terrier, Knuckles, to United Humanitarians for vaccinations and health checks for a couple years now. Service is great, prices are unbeatable and the staff is extremely friendly. You can see their love for animals in their body language and kind words. Took Knuckles today to get a grooming and he looks the best he ever has! I highly recommend United Humanitarians in Cocoa. Absolutely love this place!! Thanks Ray and staff!! You guys rock!💙💞💓❣️
Always helpful. Even answered questions other than visit. Let me weigh my rescue dog for free, to check that he doesn't gain too much. Heart worm meds very reasonable.
