I want to know why United Hospital in St Paul sent me all the way to Minneapolis Heart Institute knowing I live close to W 7th Street when they could have simply sent me to this place especially since I'm 70 yrs old and prefer to do as little driving as possible. 🤔
Terrible communication. This place has gone so far down hill. I showed up for an appointment after a long and busy workday and was told it was cancelled. No one bothered to call me to tell me. Funny how there is a sign in the waiting room that says patients will be sent away if they are abusive, but the staff here abuses patients by treating them like dirt, like they don’t matter as human beings.
