I can’t believe all the negative reviews, the staff, the nurse(s), PA’s, and doctors have been nothing short of amazing helping me navigate 10 years worth of kidney stones… one PA wasn’t great one time… Dr Franklin literally saved my life when I had stones blocking both kidneys and performed emergency surgery to get me flowing again, Dr. Hout has been exceptional so far, Dr Tuong was excellent, I am seen within hours if I have a stone episode… I feel that most of the negative reviews are from people who don’t get what they w... read more
O boy. If I were looking for a provider in this field, these reviews would be more than enough to cause me to look elsewhere. There's even a sloppy attempt to post a good review by the owner, but they did it as a reply to a complaint. How embarrassing.
I cannot speak on the quality of doctors here. However, I can tell you not to waste your time trying to call them. I work in assisted living and have tried to reach this office well over 20 times in the past 2 years. I have yet to have someone answer the phone. You will sit on hold indefinitely.
