Every single nurse, aid, and doctor I had between 4n and 6s was fantastic. I was truly impressed on how caring everyone was.
Great nursing staff on both shifts on CCU but when it comes to cleanliness in the CCU waiting area is very poor. The floors were never awept and never mopped. Had to hunt down a housekeeper to at least empty the trash and clean the bathrooms. Under the reclining chairs when you recline them is very disgusting. We have been here since Thursday Sept 24h 2026,and it took them two days just to clean some of the waiting room but it took them 3 daya to actually take the blankets that we had used to cover up with off of the side ta... read more
Wonderful staff!! Went to the rapid care ant the Elkins Corridor Medical Clinic and was so excited to be in and out in a hour with X-rays and all.
The addition of concierge services is a huge plus for UHC!!! My dad recently had surgery and the assistance by Patricia and Suzie with the wheelchair was so needed. They were so pleasant and helpful and relieved much stress for my dad and I. Thank you
