I have been a patient with Dr.Turner (who is a great Doctor) for several years now. Today I was in her office and had the pleasure of seeing her nurse Sarah Skinner. She is a nurse that cares about the patience just as much as the Doctor does. She is fantastic! She is the best nurse I have seen in over 15 years.
Choose this emergency room because it was in Network with my insurance, When I was billed, I was a little pissed to see that I was built twice once by the hospital and then once by the provider For the exact same thing, according to the breakdown, they gave my insurance company. and then on top of that, the provider was out of network, So I was charged more due to that. Thankfully Their charity care help helped me cause I’m poor.
Labor and delivery ended up not going the way we wouldve preferred but the staff was great. Ended up having to have a urinary catheter twice and the staff is very well trained. Didnt even notice. Huge shout out to my nurse Sylvia for taking excellent care of us for several days and doting on our baby with us
