The Oaks at W. G. is a marvelous place. Not only is the staff very informed, helpful and friendly, but the residents are also. Several of the people who saw us with the staff, introduced themselves and offered to show us "their space" so we could get an idea of how the apts. would look with furniture, if we chose to move in. I would rate the facility, staff members (all) - 5 stars plus.

My family used this service when my mom was ill. She had cancer that had spread and treatment could not save her. These people were all smiles and caring until we signed the paperwork. Over the course of a few weeks we saw "our nurse" once for her assessment and again to bring the supplies. We never saw her again and when I called for help the next two times, after being told she wasn't on duty, a nurse that was clearly office based and out of the field responded after I pitched a royal fit! Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
