My family used this service when my mom was ill. She had cancer that had spread and treatment could not save her. These people were all smiles and caring until we signed the paperwork. Over the course of a few weeks we saw "our nurse" once for her assessment and again to bring the supplies. We never saw her again and when I called for help the next two times, after being told she wasn't on duty, a nurse that was clearly office based and out of the field responded after I pitched a royal fit!
