I hired United Home Service for a routine chimney sweep at our home in North Dallas. The technician Tom arrived on time and used a camera to inspect the flue. He showed me exactly where the creosote build-up was. Very clean, no mess left on the carpet. Highly recommend for anyone needing a fireplace cleaning in Dallas.

Great customer service! From the lady who answered the phone to the technician David who came to the house, everyone was so polite. David explained the process before he started and showed me pictures of the chimney cap that needed replacing. Job very well done.

We wanted to stop hauling wood and switch to gas. United Home Services installed a beautiful set of gas logs in our home. They cleaned the firebox, set up the logs, and showed us exactly how to operate the remote. We use our fireplace every night now!

We got our duct work replacement with them, Leroy was very frail with his inspection of my ducts and his works were very professional in their installation of my new ducts.
