Jake was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and really took his time to do a thorough inspection. He walked me through everything he found and made sure I understood what it all meant. His report was detailed but easy to read, which was super helpful. You can tell he knows his stuff and cares about doing a good job. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

Jake did a great job when inspecting our house. He is professional and experienced. He checked everything carefully and found out one big problem the builder neglected. Without his help, we would not even realize there is a problem. He walked us through the property and explained many details patiently. He is amazing.
