This company completely dropped the ball on my home PT service. They verified my location and insurance, then made arrangements to come to my home day after total knee replacement surgery. While I was in surgery they called my husband to say “sorry, but doesn’t look like we come to your area after all”. Very dishonest. They aggressively pursued us to give my father PT after being discharged from a SNF. They showed up at their assisted living facility , uninvited and unsolicited, examined my father, taking his blood pressure, pricked his finger to test blood sugar, took photographs of his feet. They pressured my father into signing documents, taking advantage of them, my father asked for a few days to read them and the nurse pressured him into signing. They are dishonest and take advantage of the elderly
