We had, in general, a good experience with United Home Experts. We had a large siding and window replacement project that came with some unpleasant, unforeseen surprises during demolition. Our manager Kayla was always available either in person or by text to answer our questions, of which there were many. Josh, our salesperson, stayed in touch throughout the project ready to help when needed. The men doing the construction work were excellent craftsmen. Very pleased with the job management, workmanship, and final results with our project that went a little off the rails from our original plans.
United Home Experts of Ashland, MA just completed their fourth project on our house. This time the task was to replace siding, shutters, a couple of windows on one side and the back of the house. Previously, they had done the roof; siding, windows and shutters on the front of the house; and interior painting in the entire first floor and the upstairs bathroom.
