If i could give 0 stars I would but there is no option for it. What a waste of time using this agency for my mum. The staff were unskilled and rude and when I called the office to complain I never received a call back. I've been hearing really bad things about United Home Care. I had a friend who told me her daughter had to stop working their because she did not want to lose her nursing license. I don't blame her. She said her supervisor never helped her.
