Mom got home nursing and physical rehab. She said she would call the doctor about an issue she lied. Physical therapy came twice. Gave her a paper so she can work out solo. What is the point of a therapist if I'm doing all the work. Don't recommend, they don't care about the people.

First let me say 5 stars for the nurses. Fabulous, caring individuals with best interests of patient obvious. Zero for office/admin staff. First they tell you everything covered, all is good. Then they call back because (apparently) they just found out they are not in my network. Now I have a $50+ copay per visit. When asked why they didn't disclose this, it was not their fault. I ended the service and they had the gall to tell me they were required to do a discharge visit (another copay). As if I'm going to allow them in my... read more
