I’ve only been with United Home Care Inc. for a short time, but my experience so far has been excellent. Their customer service team is responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly, and they’ve shown real competence in meeting my needs. I appreciate the level of care and attention they provide and feel confident continuing with their services.
I have been working for United home care about 15 years now best company that I have ever work for. The office still is wonderful and they make sure their clients and staff gets everything they need. They make sure each client gets the care they need and the clients and family is satisfied with the services they are receive. I recommend United home care to anyone that is looking for care for their love ones to reach out to this company.
I just left this company no less than 20 mins ago. As soon as I walked in the building. My spirit immediately (WARNED) me to go back out the door quickly. Instead of leaving; I Continued on with asking questions in reference to employment. I have one of the best aides I have ever had. She is on time every day and does what the care plan calls for. I have been fortunate enough to be with this company for a while. They treat me with care and give their all. Thank you all.
United provides care for my grandmother with dementia. My aid is my lifesaver . I’ve had to change things several times and the ladies always work things out for me
