I just left this company no less than 20 mins ago. As soon as I walked in the building. My spirit immediately (WARNED) me to go back out the door quickly. I have one of the best aides I have ever had. She is on time every day and does what the care plan calls for. I have been fortunate enough to be with this company for a while. They treat me with care and give their all. Thank you all.
United provides care for my grandmother with dementia. My aid is my lifesaver . I’ve had to change things several times and the ladies always work things out for me
The office manager at the Goldsboro office has about as much personality as a saltine cracker. If your going to work in health care and have to deal with people at least pretend your not miserable. I have talked to her on multiple occasions and I might as well be talking to a machine recording. Find another job if your so unhappy, plenty of people are looking to hire.
United Home Care has been my home health provider for over a year now. I have excellent aides who take care of me. The professionalism that the office staff has is impeccable. If I have an issue I contact them and they handle it with priority and the utmost care. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assistance for themselves or their loved ones.
