So I go to HomeDepot to buy a patio door and they tell me that this company has to come and take measurements first. Appointments are at least 3 to 4 weeks out if you are lucky and the kicker is they don't tell you a time window to expect them .. they say we will call you on the day of installation so you basically have to take the whole day off JUST for measurements. Today in the second time they reschedule my appointment. Who is going to pay me my TWO days off???????!!!!!
This company was contracted through Home Depot to install 1 interior door, 2 entry doors, and 2 security doors. They botched the installation of the security doors. The door manufacturer came out and properly installed the door on the side entrance. The front entrance was an Andersen. The door never fit properly and the locking mechanism broke about 4 times within a year. They return but none of the installers were capable of aligning it properly.
