There was a young lady by the name of Nicole Huffman gave a call to my sisters job and rolled racial slurs at her for not breaching account access at Verizon wireless. This sent my sister into a panic being called racial slurs because she’s a white woman who felt entitled that she does not have to complete the verification process to be assisted. I strongly feel she should be terminated being the face of the company with the language she used.
