Martin, the branch manager is really in touch with his customers and really cares about making life easy for them. He has a level of common sense and reasoning that is very rarely found in the service industry today. Roslynn and Megan the teller supervisor are right up there too!
We have been members for 6 years now after moving from BofA. Thank goodness my friend talked me into it! I love that they have popcorn on busy days and move members through the line quickly. I visit the Manchaca branch mainly but have also had the same superior customer service at the branches in Kyle and off Slaughter.
